Please read these Terms carefully before using GoFirms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GoFirms Inc.
By accessing or using GoFirms (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and companies listed on GoFirms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
GoFirms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for the purpose of finding, evaluating, and connecting with technology service providers. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose beyond what is expressly permitted by these Terms.
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform content; (b) use automated tools to submit reviews or manipulate ratings; (c) impersonate another user, company, or GoFirms employee; (d) post false, misleading, or defamatory content; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; or (f) use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify GoFirms immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Companies listed on GoFirms are responsible for ensuring their profile information is accurate, current, and not misleading. GoFirms reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or our listing policies.
Reviews submitted on GoFirms must reflect genuine experiences with the listed company. Reviews must not be submitted by the company being reviewed, its employees, competitors, or individuals with a conflict of interest. Incentivized reviews are strictly prohibited.
All user-generated content must be lawful, accurate, and respectful. GoFirms reserves the right to remove any content that is abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates our community standards.
The GoFirms platform, including its design, rankings methodology, proprietary algorithms, logos, and all original content, is owned by GoFirms Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to GoFirms (including reviews, company descriptions, or images), you grant GoFirms a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
If you believe that content on GoFirms infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to legal@gofirms.com with the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
GoFirms is a directory and research platform. Our rankings, scores, and listings do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any company's services. You should conduct your own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOFIRMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOFIRMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Before filing a formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@gofirms.com. We will make a good faith effort to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving notice.
